Is it possible to combine humor and sex? Everybody like to laugh, but every person does it in his own way. For example in Malaysia scientists asked themselves a question about influence of laugh on human organism. One experiment in which students took part was held. Young people had to laugh several hours every day during a week. The following results were got: sleep became normal, depression came to naught. Laugh makes life longer, it is truth!
High spirits bring back to life sexual relationships. It is confirmed by the professor Lee Berk from Loma Linda University Adventist Health Sciences Center, San Francisco. Just the expectation of laugh can cause physical changes on hormonal level in human organism.
American scientist says that laugh foretaste before watching comedy has considerable neuro endocrine effects. According to the experiments, people who expected funny video watching it was produced 27% more of beta endorphins and it was registered 87% increasing of human growth hormone in comparison with those who were going to read magazines during an hour. Beta endorphins provide natural help during pain and promote fight with depression, growth hormone regulates the growth and the development of person, supplying cells, and, playing the role in maintenance of immune system health as some scientists believe.
Thus, according to scientists, laugh is a good method of tension relieve. The second place on effectiveness occupies sex. Combining this two notions, we can get the formula of happiness. The reason is that laugh and sex stimulate the production of endorphin. These hormones kill pain, relieve stress and evoke euphoria. It comes out that sense of humor in sexual relationships leads to the formation of double doze of hormones, which answer for our good state of health.
However not everybody are able to combine sex and humor. Joking aside but invisible border between mockery and lambent humor is too transparent. Everybody loves to laugh, but not everybody likes to be funny. Men are not against double doze of endorphins, but speaking about facetious remarks concerning their main organ it should be mentioned that such jokes are offensive for sensitive men. Nice sex toy from sex shop, funny joke or endearing nickname can be taken as a blow to his ego. In such cases laugh is the worst enemy of sex.
Just don't abuse jokes and get maximum pleasure from each other!
